My work is guided by my infinite enthusiasm for exploration. Exploration can and should take many forms - from the random road trip to discovering your own Self. In my art, I'm particularly fascinated by the role physics plays in the way paint forms on the canvas, interacts with other paints and reacts when manipulated by anything from a brush to fingers.

Showing In Santa Fe, August 5-6

I will be exhibiting in an Art Fair in Santa Fe, NM on August 5-6. While it isn't a gallery slot in one if their finest galleries, I am glad to be in that town none the less. For the uninitiated, Santa Fe is arguably considered to be the 2nd largest art market in the US, next to New York. I'm quiet surprised that it beats Carmel, CA but there is no doubt that art pervades the Santa Fe culture. It is an incredible town that would likely require a full week of 8-5 gallery stomping to see all of the work. Add into that itinerary, jewelry and crafts and you could well spend a month shopping!

The art show supports Girls Inc of Santa Fe, and will be located across "The Plaza" and throughout the Downtown area. Over 200 artists should be exhibiting. Look me up and book your B&B early!

Well, I'm off to pack the van and will be leaving for Laredo, TX bright and early! The show there is two months (June and July) and I hope if you are down that way, you will drop in!
